We use various cooking techniques – rotisserie, open coal smoke pits and more traditional gas-fired barbeques – to suit your menu and event requirements.

Whether you want steaks, prime cuts and fillets, or whole joints and fish cooked on-the-bone over coals, we have great ideas to make your BBQ exquisite.

We pride ourselves on using the best possible seasonal, locally-sourced produce, and the creative ways we cook, cure and serve it to you.

ABOUT OUR TEAM

We are a collective of chefs and food professionals who between us have more than 40 years' restaurant experience throughout the Midlands and London.

We love food and we're extremely passionate about what we do. Whatever style of barbeque food you envisage for your event - whether it's a white-plated fancy affair, beautiful bowl food or a more rustic Louisianan smoke pit - we will work with you to to devise a menu that will exceed your guests' expectations.
